Sebastian is very attentive regarding the quality and origins of his products.

“I cook with great generosity which can only be shared using quality products with high ​​and sincere values.

I’ve been working in the Restaurant business for more than twenty years. At first I was a head waiter and sommelier. I took a cooking diploma at the age of thirty one which was the obvious choice when taking the plunge of starting a business. For ten years I’ve been perfecting my craft and work only with the freshest ingredients, chosen with great care. I’m passionate about fish, the marine environment and the Mediterranean in particular so that it’s no surprise that my cooking gives a nod to the sunshine and its flavours.”

The Restaurant

The restaurant seats a maximum of 20 persons, allowing quality and tranquillity for all our guests.

Just like the kitchen, the beautifully situated restaurant with its warm decor has a stunning view over the meadow.

Sandrine will greet you with a warm welcome and will listen to all your requests with discreet and attentive service.

Closed Wednesdays and Saturday lunchtimes.
